Winning a £10 million budget
I brought the Product Design team together to build its own mission and vision, which led to Design leading company strategy and a £10 million budget allocation for retention.
Three startup exits
Across three sectors and three roles, the businesses I helped lead design for were all acquired: DFP by Chubb, Dem DX confidentially, and My Online Therapy by Mindler.
Scaling the Vitality partnership
I designed and negotiated the Vitality partnership flow at My Online Therapy, which delivered over 350 clients a month against a forecast of 80.
